Frequently asked questions

When and where are the sessions?

We will meet on Zoom at the designated time you have signed up for. Each session runs for 60 minutes. Each session is set up with an extra 30 minutes (90 minutes total) to allow for questions and further discussions.

What if I can’t attend the session live?

It is important to make a commitment to attend the sessions as you will be part of a small group of 10 women supporting one another. However, I understand that from time to time, something may come up in life. On those occasions we may be able to record the session and provide you with access (if all participants consent).

How is this different from other things I have tried, that didn’t work?

Most programs give you information and leave you on your own. My program is different – it is live, it is guided, and your questions are answered on the spot as part of each session.

How much time do I need to spend on this program each week?

You will need to attend the 60–90-minute session and take the meaningful actions you committed to for each session. These actions bring powerful results, so you get the maximum benefits in a short time.

Is now the right time to invest in this program?

Are you a qualified coach?

Yes, I’m a certified coach, NLP practitioner, Matrix Therapist, Difference Maker Accelerator, Distinguished Toastmaster, and have years of experience as a senior executive and leader. My life experience is supplemented by academic studies and a deep love of helping people create positive lives where goals and dreams are fulfilled. I have studied verbal judo, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, criminology, law and am a qualified private investigator.

Find - Week 1 - See what is really happening in your conversations

Find - Week 3 - Stop second-guessing yourself mid-conversation

  • Build confidence to hold your ground without becoming forceful.

Grow - Week 4 - Turn insight into real change

Apply what you have learned to a real situation that matters.

  • Create a clear, practical plan for approaching the conversation

Grow - Week 5 - Strengthen your authority without changing who you are
